And just like that, 2025 is gone....

Have you ever reached the end of a year and realised it asked more of you than you ever expected to give?

2025 certainly has tested me. My 89-year-old Mum had a stroke. I lost people I loved. Life handed me moments that demanded every tool, every lesson, every ounce of resilience I’ve collected over the years. It’s been relentless, and I have certainly put all my life tools to the test. And yet, as I reflect, there have also been magical adventures, amazing people I’ve been privileged to work with, and lives that have literally transformed in 2025. And still, here we are—standing, breathing, ready for what’s next. Because if life has taught me anything, it’s that surviving isn’t about calm waters—it’s about learning to stay upright when the storms are relentless.

“Sometimes the bravest thing you can do is show up for yourself and nothing else.”

And just like that, 2025 is gone. A year of endings, of tying up loose threads, of noticing what we’ve endured and what we’ve learned. We stop. We pause. We breathe. Reflection isn’t glamorous, but sometimes it’s the only thing that keeps us grounded. Not lists. Not resolutions. Not “fixing yourself” because the calendar says so. Just reflection.

“Showing up for yourself might just be the bravest thing you do all year.”

2025 was the year to end cycles and break patterns of behaviour. The end of relationships that were no longer serving you, valuable lessons learned, and occasionally, relationships being rekindled in a completely new and different way. The people we let go. The people we hold onto. The people we welcome back. Life has a funny way of showing us who and what truly matters, and who and what doesn’t.

January isn’t about “starting over.” It’s about looking inward. Your own personal inventory. A pause. A moment to breathe, to notice what you’ve learned, to question what really matters, and to ask yourself: what do I want to carry forward, and what am I ready to leave behind?

Stop looking externally. It will never fill you up, and you will never find what you are looking for. Start looking internally—that’s where the magic happens. But it’s not magic. It’s noticing, choosing, and taking responsibility for yourself. Life isn’t a pink-coated sugar house; sometimes it’s sharp edges and messy corners—and that’s where the lessons live.

“Stop looking externally. It will never fill you up. Start looking internally—that’s where the magic happens.”

“And sometimes the most radical thing you can do is stop running long enough to see where you’ve actually been.”

If 2025 has taught me anything, it’s that life isn’t about racing forward. It’s about recognising cycles, understanding the lessons, and seeing that endings are often beginnings in disguise. Maybe the scariest part of a new year isn’t the uncertainty—it’s the possibility that we might finally choose ourselves.

So here’s my question for you: if 2025 was the year to end cycles and break patterns of behaviour, what will you do with the energy of 2026? Will you play it safe, or will you finally step into the story only you can write? Will you whisper “yes” to possibility — or let fear press “snooze” one more time?

“The calendar doesn’t change you. You do.”

Because the end of a year isn’t just a date on a calendar. It’s a whisper in your ear. A gentle nudge reminding you that the next chapter is waiting. And maybe, just maybe, it’s the chapter you’ve been too afraid to write until now.

Wishing you a year of gratitude, good health, happiness and love. After all, love is within, and it's all around you when you just open yourself up.

2026, I welcome you with a heart full of love. Andrea xox
